You should have already sent your support letters to family and friends. If not you need to do so immediately.

The next payment due is $1600 on March 15. BTW needs this amount from everyone in order to make the airline payment by the end of March.

For eight days this past week we have had a group of six students and their leader visiting Lynchburg, VA for a cultural exchange and touring time.It was an exciting time and a learning experience for both the Chinese and the American host families.

During this time we toured Liberty University and Amazement Square on Tuesday. Thursday we had an historic tour of Lynchburg, Appomattox, and the D-Day memorial in Bedford, VA. On Friday and Saturday we toured Washington D.C.

The summer camp dates for 2008 are as follows:

July 10 - 28, 2008.

If you are interested in going on the ESL summer trip to China you need to have your completed application and $600 in no later than February 15th 2008.

After that date prices will be going up due to airline price increase because of the Olympics in Beijing next year.

Applications are posted and can be downloaded from the site.

We need pictures from the summer camps in 2007. Anyone who is willing to send us a copy of their pictures to use for BTW promotions for the ESL Camps in China please send to:

We cannot use ones that have been posted on websites (i.e. Kodak, Snapfish, etc.). We need them either sent by email or on a CD.

We have returned from the ESL Camps in China for 2007 and are trying to close out final details for the year.

If you still owe money for the 2007 trip please send all monies to the main BTW office in Winchester, VA.

As soon as we have dates and prices for 2008 we will be posting these on the site and making new brochures, posters, and applications available for promotions. Most likely this will be done by the middle to end of September so keep checking back for new updates for next year.
